If you’re already hosting International Dot Day events - THANK YOU! And if your shop isn’t participating yet, please consider joining the over 34 million participants in over 190 countries who are celebrating the power of creativity, courage and community - inspired by the classic storybook THE DOT by Peter H. Reynolds.

The official “Day” is September 15th - but you can host an event any time between August and October. We’ve put together resources to help you showcase Dot Day in your store and beyond - sparking conversations, displays, and celebrations that make a mark.

It is very likely that schools in your area are celebrating Dot Day.  We recommend reaching out to them to coordinate sales of The Dot for their celebrations. It’s a great way for schools to “connect the dots” with - and support - their local bookshops!
