Celebrate Dot Day at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA will celebrate Dot Day once again on Saturday, September 12. Along with dot-themed activities and a scavenger hunt through the museum’s galleries, families can enjoy drop-in art-making, a screening of the animated The Dot, and an in-person book signing with Peter H. Reynolds.
The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, will bring Dot Day to life on Saturday, September 12, with a day of creativity and discovery for families. Visitors can take a walk through the museum featuring pages from The Dot., explore the galleries through a dot-themed scavenger hunt, collaborate on a community dot-making mural, watch the animated The Dot, and meet Peter H. Reynolds for an in-person book signing.
The celebration will also feature a special appearance by School of HONK, an all-ages community mobile brass band based in Somerville, Massachusetts. School of HONK brings people together through music, creativity, and community, making their mission a perfect match for the spirit of Dot Day. And, of course, their signature polka-dot attire makes them especially on-theme for the celebration!
